HY9 is a European-type plum variety known for its freestone, yellow-green flesh and excellent flavor. It blooms in mid to late season and is ready to harvest around early September, typically around the same time as Stanley. This variety is hardy to zones 5 and is considered self-fertile.
Available in 5 gallon containers. Potted up as bare root tree in Spring of 2025 and cared for throughout the season by the ReTreeUS nursery crew. These plum trees are happy and ready to plant this fall!
