3rd Annual Community Arbor Day Celebration

Date: Saturday April 26th, 2025

Time: 10:00AM - 3:00 PM

Location: ReTreeUS Nursery & Farm 4 Dow Road Sandwich, NH 03227

A day of hands-on community action! We’re looking for volunteers to help pot up trees and be a part of establishing the 2025 ReTreeUS Fruit Tree Nursery. Together, we’ll be potting up 350 large fruit trees and 700 small fruit and nut trees, which will be nurtured over the summer and planted in schools and community orchards this fall.

Additional activities include: mini movement sessions to care for our bodies during the hard work of tree potting, storytime with Amy Carter to inspire children and grownups alike, a children’s tree potting area (also open to adults who prefer lighter work), live music by White Mountain Ceili Band, lunch by donation, endless bubbles, and a plethora of heartwarming community connections.

This is a true community effort, and we are deeply grateful for everyone who joins in to make it happen. Taking on this feat wouldn’t be possible without the support of volunteers and friends coming together to share in the work and the joy of the day.

This is an open-house-style, family-friendly event.

Free to attend, but pre-registration is strongly encouraged to help us plan.

Day-of registration is also welcome!
